Who we are
LS Labs makes private label and white label skincare. This notice covers the details you send us through the quote forms on this website.
What the quote form collects
- Your name and email address (required).
- The product type and number of units per SKU you are interested in (required).
- Optionally: your phone number, brand or company name, country, target launch window, whether you have a formula, and any message you write.
- That you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted, and the date and time of your request.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies at the time of writing.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to reply to your quote request: to send pricing, packaging and sample options, and to follow up about that request.
Who receives it
Your request is sent by email to the LS Labs team and a copy is stored in a private file on our website hosting account, which is not publicly accessible. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any order that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Access, correction and deletion
To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, email ceo@lsglobal.com.au with the subject "Privacy request" from the address you used in the form. We will confirm once it is done.
